Actually, this entire picture is bullshit, every one Dungeon Master i asked assured me that Qara is in the home plane of her deity Kossuth, Primordial-god of fire. Besides Asmodeus,master of Nine Hells and lord of devils destroyed Abyss utterly by pushing it to the bottom of Elemental Chaos. So Abyss is no more and Cyric killed Sand's deity Mystra. After Mystra's demise her entire plane exploded, that means accursed Sand was destroyed.
